Whenever the product is returned for replacement, it will the processed in accordance with the Exchange & Replacement Policy available at www.csmhomedecor.com Both the Customer and CSM agree to this Exchange & Replacement Policy. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Customers will not be eligible for replacement. Before accepting delivery of any of the Product, the Customer shall reasonably ensure that the Product packaging is not damaged or tampered.
