License and Site access
CSM grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of CSM. This license does not include any re-sale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of CSM. The Customer may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Site or of CSM and its affiliates without getting express written consent. The Customer may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text†utilizing the Site’s or CSM’s name or trademarks without getting the express written consent of CSM. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by CSM. This website contains material which is owned by CSM. Reproduction of the same is prohibited. Unauthorized use of the website may lead to claim for damages and/or considered to be a criminal offence.
Account and Registration Obligations
Customer can purchase from the site with or without registration. Customer can choose to register and login for placing orders on the Site. The Customer have to keep his/her account and registration details current and correct for communications related to his / her purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the Customer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in “My Account†or by contacting the customer service.
Sharing of personal information
CSM may disclose personal information of the Customer if required to do so by law or in the good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to summons, court orders, or other legal process. CSM may disclose personal information of the Customer to the law enforcement authorities, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith & belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of the customers or the general public.
